Online Individual, Couples and Family Therapy
Working together to create positive change
My journey as a therapist began after I graduated from the University of Guelph (in Ontario, Canada) in 2013 with a Master’s of Science degree (MSc) in Couple and Family Therapy. I had the privilege of working with numerous individuals, couples and families in both agency and private practice settings for many years before I immigrated to California with my partner.
To me, therapy is a collaborative effort between therapist and client. As your therapist, my role is to be a tool in helping you reach your goals- pulling from the various therapy models I am trained in. You are the expert on your life, and together we will work to find solutions.
Common areas I work with include: anxiety, depression, anger, grief, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, communication issues, infidelity, separation/divorce, parenting, LGBTQ, sexuality, intimacy, sexual performance, addiction, self-harm, trauma, and more.
